MAX Pinjarra and the WA Van & Ute State Titles have undergone an overhaul, in particular in the way we register entrants, check you in on show day and conduct judging.
All entrants register through the new system, and you get full control of your information.
MAX Pinjarra and the WA Van & Ute State Titles use Stripe to take care of your privacy and payment information.
We don't store any critical financial information, and you can rest assured our new systems are secure.
We have implemented, and will continue to improve, security measures to ensure your private information is secure at all times.
The technologies we use are state of art, industry compliant security tools, which protect you and your information through secure login and payment methods
Navigate in a web browser to https://wavust.com.au/entrant
If you are a returning entrant, (i.e.: you have already registered for 2023), simply type in the email address and password you used to sign up with.
In some cases, if you haven't logged out, you will simply be taken to the dashboard.
To register, tap or click the yellow Sign
up button, enter an email and password, then click submit.
Once you have successfully logged into the Entrant Dashboard, the first thing to do is to update your information.
Correctly entered information is essential. It helps with judging and we will send communication to your nominated locations (e.g: email address must be a real one).
When you have entered and saved your info, head on over to "Manage My Vehicles".
From there you can add the vehicle, or vehicles, you are planning on showing.
Complete all the required information. Again, correct info is required to assist with judging.
Payment is made during the entrant registration process.

During the vehicle registration process, you will receive email about your entry.
Messages are also available in your Entrant Dashboard.
Print out the Peoples Choice card and put that under your wiper on the day, or inside.
Bump-In and Judging are now electronic. We've done this to streamline the event and make it a more pleasurable experience for everyone.
